The Primary Lobbying Group For Kansas Collection Attorneys

The Kansas Creditor Attorney Association was founded in 1994 to bring together collection attorneys from across the state to improve the practice of debt collection law by discussing important changes to the laws and other issues of importance. The group has bi-annual meetings in the Fall and Spring and the meeting site is located among Wichita, Lawrence and Kansas City. Additionally, the association works closely with the Kansas Collectors Association on legislative matters.

This association is the primary lobbying group for collection attorneys in the state of Kansas. The group hires a professional lobbyist each year who devotes a substantial amount of time to the business of the association.
